2021-2022 in-person start date is Sunday, September 13
The youth ministry at Heritage hopes to help students better understand themselves and the world around them in a way that is consistant with the teachings of the Bible. We long to see students get connected with more mature Christians who can help them become disciples of Christ and good citizens in their community, school, and church. Youth in grades 6-8 are invited to join us every other week for Turning Point as well as other special events. During the school year we meet every Wednesday evening from 6:00-8:00 pm
I believe our students are making many decisions now that will be impacting the rest of their lives. Turning Point recognizes this and functions to help parents as a positive influence in helping the children turn their lives to Christ and his mission on Earth. The teaching focus of Turning Point therefore is to help the students see how living for self glorification will fly in the face of joy, peace, fulfillment, and love whereas glorifying God is the only way to find joy, peace, fulfillment, and love.
